- Palm images (captured via your device camera for palmistry analysis)
- Eye/iris images (captured via your device camera for iridology analysis)
IMPORTANT: Palm and iris images are processed in real-time and are NOT permanently stored on our servers. Images are transmitted securely to our AI analysis service, processed, and immediately discarded after analysis results are generated. We do not build biometric profiles or databases from these images.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage analytics (screens visited, features used)
- Crash reports and performance data
- Push notification interaction data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate personalized Vedic astrological charts and readings
- Provide palm reading and iris analysis results
- Calculate compatibility scores between birth charts
- Send daily horoscope notifications (with your consent)
- Improve our astrological algorithms and user experience
- Respond to customer support requests

3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
Your birth details, reading results, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use features that require server processing (such as palm/iris AI analysis).
3.2 Server Processing
When you use palm reading or iris analysis features, images are:
- Transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection
- Processed by our AI analysis service
- Immediately deleted after analysis (not stored)
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used to train AI models without explicit consent
3.3 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted local storage on your device
- No persistent storage of biometric-adjacent data on servers
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls and authentication for server infrastructure
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent

- Images are processed transiently and not stored
- No biometric templates or profiles are created
- No biometric data is sold, leased, or traded
- Images are destroyed immediately after analysis
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.
8. Data Retention
- Local data: Retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
- Server-processed images: Deleted immediately after analysis (0 retention)
- Analytics data: Retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form
- Support communications: Retained for up to 36 months
9. Third-Party Services
Our app may use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store (for app distribution and payments)
- Expo (for app development and updates)
- AI analysis services (for palm and iris reading, with transient processing only)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy in the app
