Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Vedic Astrology ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 Entertainment and Informational Purposes

THE APP PROVIDES ASTROLOGICAL READINGS, PALM ANALYSIS, IRIS ANALYSIS, AND RELATED CONTENT STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The content generated by this App is based on traditional Vedic astrological principles and AI-assisted analysis, and should not be considered as:

• Professional medical, health, or psychological advice
• Financial, investment, or business advice
• Legal counsel or guidance
• A substitute for professional consultation in any field
• Scientifically validated predictions or diagnoses

2.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate astrological calculations based on established Vedic astronomical algorithms (VSOP87, ELP2000, Lahiri Ayanamsa), we make NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading or prediction
• The outcome of any decision made based on App content
• The scientific validity of astrological, palmistry, or iridology interpretations
• The suitability of any recommendation for your specific situation

2.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the App and its content at your own risk
• You will not make important life decisions solely based on App content
• You will seek appropriate professional advice for medical, financial, legal, or psychological matters
• The App's readings are interpretive and subjective in nature

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Free and Premium Tiers

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free users have access to basic features. Premium features require an active subscription.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. All billing disputes should be directed to the respective app store.

3.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software) are owned by Vedic Astrology and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App's algorithms or content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Misrepresent App content as professional advice to third parties
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Vedic Astrology, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Emotional distress or psychological harm
• Any damages arising from reliance on App content
• Any damages resulting from decisions made based on astrological readings, palm analysis, or iris analysis

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vedic Astrology and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App
• Any decisions you make based on App content

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
• You may delete all local data by uninstalling the App

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via push notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vedic Astrology regarding your use of the App.
